Is it safe to make a Nutriblast the night before and store it in the fridge over night? - Especially the recipes containing oats. I often have very early starts in the morning and never have time to make a good breakfast so preparing a breakfast Blast 12 hours before would be perfect, but is it OK?

Yes, you can store in the fridge overnight, the nutrient content will slightly decrease the longer it is exposed to oxygen and light. Here is a video that can give you more insight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xlFM7CT3Po&list=PLiXrxXphESfEn34ZaB8j409WPcUAkpK16
You could place all the ingredients in the cup, cap it and refrigerate it overnight. Then in the morning when you wake up, buzz it real quick so you don't lose the nutrients and the product won't separate.
