1/4 Medium Vine Ripened Tomato, Handful Spinach, 1/2 Handful water cress, 1/4 cucumber, 3/4 cup frozen mango, 1/2 cup frozen pinapple, 5 frozen strawberries, chunk of beet ( or 1/4 in slice), half handful of cashews, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein, coconut milk to max line. (may be too thick. if so, reduce some of the frozen ingredients to add more water). It turned out delicious.
