I know many good things exist in the peels of vegetables and fruits. I am new to using NutriBullet. Do I put the peels in also? How do I know which foods I should or shouldn't include peels? Oranges? Bananas? I feel a bit lost. Had my first NutriBullet yesterday by throwing spinach, banana and berry topped with chia seeds. WOW! But I left the peel off the banana. Am I blowing it?
Be careful. Since these machines are kind of flimsy Id say chop up stuff small if you are going to leave skin on and NO thick skin and very small seeds. No cores.
