I know many good things exist in the peels of vegetables and fruits. I am new to using NutriBullet. Do I put the peels in also? How do I know which foods I should or shouldn't include peels? Oranges? Bananas? I feel a bit lost. Had my first NutriBullet yesterday by throwing spinach, banana and berry topped with chia seeds. WOW! But I left the peel off the banana. Am I blowing it?
