I had a lot of different vegetables that I didn't want to go to waste, so I just started throwing things in--and it turned out pretty good!

1 handful spinach
about 1/4 cup parsley
2 stalks celery
1/4 beet
1 medium tomato
1 carrot
small chunk of yellow onion
water to max line
blend for 40 seconds
