I for one need to not only be mindful of what I eat and eat healthier, but it helps me personally to also be aware of my calorie intake. I just purchased a NutriBullet RX made a couple of the recipes from the recipe book that comes with it and the calories are huge! these recipes are for sharing the smoothie or soup with others, not consuming the entire amount in one sitting. take the Tomato Basil Soup that they also demonstrate on the infomercials, its tastes good (could sue some salt or other flavoring however) the soup pitcher full makes about six cups, which turns out to be 635 calories. per OZ its a little over 20 calories. Same goes for the Morning Blast shake which tops out at over 700 calories. So although super duper healthy, might not loose much weight if consuming to much.
