Ways to boost your metabolism.
This post is all about amazing tips my trainer gave me to boost my metabolism. I have to tell you that from my PERSONAL experience, they work! It's not easy but it's all natural which i really liked, and I'm proud to say that i lost 5% body fat percentage and 17 pounds.
Here they are:
1.Drink a gallon of water a day - If you can squeeze a lemon into it, even better.
2. Eat every 3 hours.
3.Only eat carbs when you wake up and after you've done aerobics training for over 25 minutes.
4. Cut you portion size in half - that was the most difficult one for me.
