I read a lot how people lost their weight due to nutriblas. But no one will tell you what they used to lose that weight. Did they really lose the weight, or did they just say that? I have checked several statement. Why don't people just come out and say what recipies they did. I would be singing from the roof top if I lost the weight so that other people would benefit from it.

You can use any of the recipes of the site to start losing weight. Once you figure out what you like and what tastes best to you, you will have your own weight loss recipes. Since the recipes all contain, whole, clean fruits, veggies and superfoods, they are all beneficial for weight loss. Here is a tip when building your Blast: fill 1/2 the tall cup with veggies, 1/4 with low glycemic index fruits like figs, grapefruits, cherries, apples, peaches, pears, apricots and berries. Use water, coconut water or unsweetened almond milk as a liquid base. Add 1 or 2 superfoods like hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, ginger, turmeric, spirulina, maca, cacao or goji berries.
What is the typical caloric intake in a nutriblast shake?
Maybe because there's not a specific recipe that we (the people who have lost weight) make, and you just answered your own question, you said "...people lost their weight due to nutriblasts" And that's it. There's no secret or a special recipe for it, just throw the junk out and use your nutribullet, of course there's a lot to learn and that's why we're here. When people ask me how I lost so much weight, I tell them about the nutribullet, sometimes I actually feel like singing from the roof top and tell everyone about the nutribullet! not just a few recipes.

The recipes can range anywhere from about 100-500 calories, maybe even more if you are using some calorically dense foods like avocado, coconut oil, nuts, and seeds. I'd suggest using a recipe calorie counter like my fitness pal to calculate your recipe! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/calculator
Here's what I know: I have been losing weight since I started "blasting"--over 5 pounds the first week. I am losing weight BECAUSE I am eating more high-quality vegetable product than I was before. I am using water most frequently as my fluid in my blasts, though occasionally almond milk and twice cranberry juice--that ups my fluid intake without adding unnecessary calories. I am eating less animal flesh, too, depending more upon vegetable sources for protein--but I have not gone full-on vegetarian (though someday I may), but I am going for QUALITY in every food I ingest. I'm drinking plenty of water, and I have a cup of matcha green tea everyday. I feel far more vibrant, and my bod is changing. My typical blast? Half the big cup kale or spinach, half a banana, 5 chunks of pineapple, half an apple OR pear OR peach OR nectarine, half a beet OR carrot, 6 almonds OR walnuts and ice cold filtered water to the max line. Twice a day. Your mileage may vary (you may need to choose other or fewer fruits and up your veg--I am not "sensitive" to fruit as a function of weight loss; lucky me!). Increase your high-quality food choices, be mindful of the amounts you put IN your bod, and MOVE that bod more today than yesterday, and you *should* have found your "magic" (Nutri)bullet.
