As I was reading through a few posts on the website I have noticed that Yogart keeps your full longer.  Would this not be beneficial for someone that works out daily?  For example,  I have been struggling with doing a blast in the morning for my work outs. Instead, I use another product because I feel fuller longer and don't feel hungry when I am working out.  It's maybe my work out, which consists of treadmill @30 minutes and @recumbent bike 30 minutes.  Weights 45 minutes and additional cardio 30 minutes.  After this, I am tired and my legs, knees hurt and I feel dehydrated.  Normally, I do drink water ... but is there another solution to me not feeling weak or hungry?

Thanks as always for your time/comments!

Yogurt is a great option and it has the perfect ratio of carbs:protein for post workout recovery. It would be great to use in a Blast before a workout as well to keep you fueled and energized. I personally like to use beets, cacao, half a banana, greens, mangos, cherries and coconut water in my Blast before a workout. I find this gives me a good boost of energy and allows me to finish strong in a 2 hour workout. Beets are key, you have to try them before a workout. You are engaging in over 2 hours of workouts, I would suggest bringing some coconut water to sip throughout your workout to give you an added boost of carbs for energy. And as you know, water, water, water!
Great! Thanks Sarah. I did have a after post work out boost of Beets, Apple, celery, spring greens and kale and carrot with mixed nuts (chia, walnut, pumpkin, almond, hemp) But was thinking of using yogurt next.

where do you get organic yogurt? Does it say it on the label?

You can find it at your local grocery store usually - it will say Organic on the label and should have a certified label by CCOF or the USDA!
