Hello everyone!

I got my nutribullet for christmas and have been using it for a meal replacement. Well I finally found this site and decided to try the 6 week program. I come from a long line of heavy family and well a lot of health conserns. Lucky part for me I have yet to get all those health issues but my weight is a HUGE problem with me and have been stuggling with it since as long as I can remember. When I was 16/17 I joined weight watchers and did a great job and dropped all the way to 170lbs but when I turned 23 my weight slowly started to pack on and well here I am at the heaviest I have ever been 230! Hope to meet Motivational people on here to work through stuggles and celebrate victories, to work through platues and work on exersises that are easy on the knees ( Most of my weight is in my thighs and some are my mid section ).

Well Thank you for reading and I can get a little wordy :)

Lets do this!!

good luck mililani. its a long road ahead for both of us. i was at 250. i too come from a big family and have been overweight since childhood. currently lost 55 lbs before nutriblast. just started with nutriblast on jan 1st. so being doing it for 9 days. i lost like 5 addition lbs.

Thank you ladies! Krista will do :) GG wow that's a lot I can't wait to see the results. My bf ordered pizza yesterday. I had to leave the room till he was done.
Aloha from Martinez CA, my name is Melissa. I just found and joined this forum as well and looking for motivational people to share stories with. I'm afraid to get in the scale, I'm at my heaviest too, over 200 lbs. I've always had an unhealthy relationship with food. My parents especially my mom was overweight. Good luck in your journey!!
Thank you Melissa! I know that feeling all to well. I'll be down 7lbs and by the end of the week I'm up 7 again. a constant yo-yo it's disheartening...
Well congrats on the 7lbs! Maybe you had wet hair when you stepped on the scale at the end of the week ;) Keep up the motivation! I told myself I'd get up this AM before work and take my dog for a walk but then right back to sleep after my alarm went off, I don't know what my problem is!! I want weight loss so bad I can taste it but that's probably the problem lol.
That's what I do! I take my dog out in the morning for a three mile walk lol. I have to wake up early though she being rehabilitated since the neighbors dog attacked her and since then she hasn't been the friendliest to random people or pets. So I have to wake up at 5am other then that I'm sure I would go back to sleep too! Have you tried putting the alarm across the room? Or maybe outside your door?
