Anti-Inflammatory Breakfast Blast

I've been feeling stiff and achy in this cold, cold weather, so this morning I blasted spinach, banana, sour cherry juice, turmeric, ginger and orange juice. Really filling, and those spices are both warming and, together with the cherry juice, should help the aches and pain a bit, right?
