Our environment is full of inflammatory chemicals. Most Americans have chronic inflammation that can cause serious adverse health conditions.  Use your NutriBullet for anti-inflammatory benefits. Don't forget the need for adequate water intake. You can't detox and reduce inflammation if you are dehydrated.

Anti-inflammatory foods I like to use in my NutriBullet

  • broccoli
  • spinach
  • carrots
  • kale
  • chia seeds
  • flax seeds
  • almonds
  • walnuts
  • cocoa (raw)
  • coconut water
  • apples
  • blueberries
  • blackberries
  • strawberries
  • goji berries
  • cranberries
  • dark cherries
  • peaches
  • avocado
  • ginger
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • cloves
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • tumeric
  • basil
  • cardamon

I add Turmeric to all of my NutriBlasts. It has virtually no flavor (to me) and such positive effects...
CB turmeric is a great addition as are most spices. Spices give us more antioxidant power and health benefits than most people realize. Wally
My mouth is watering just looking at that list. Thanks Wally!
Thank you for such a helpful post Wally! Putting this list in a safe place to reference later! :)
Thanks for the tip. TumericThanks for the tip. Tumeric is one of the super spices out there. Will definitely try to add it on my blasts.
Thank you Wally!
Also - Here is a great video put on by Mr. David Wolfe himself on blasting for inflammation.
