Love the machie, but now my condition is more painful than ever. The seal started leaking so I hadto tighten the blade cap,now I cant get it open and when I do...it takes almost 10 minutes and my hands are throbbing with pain.

Is there a gripper accessory for arthritis/carpal tunnel sufferers??

nutribullet pro is great so far, but I will need to go back to medication if theres going to be a struggle just to keep the thing from leaking and open it.

We do not have this type of tool for our NB Pro, we do however have a wrench like tool for our newest product, the NutriBullet Rx.
I can not push the bullet down far enough to engage the motor???? Even very strong people have tried. It worked, with difficulty for a couple months, but now I can not engage the motor at all??

Please call customer service to help troubleshoot...sounds like there may be an issue w/ the machine. There should not be any force needed when placing the cup and blade on the base. 1-855-346-8874.
Same issue for me. After mixing it seems to create such a vacuum I cannot get the blade off without a struggle.. my man and his 24 year old son struggle. Getting tired of letting hot water run on it and still extremely difficult.
