Hello all!

I will start by saying my name is Taylor and I am a 19 year old college student. I was very active growing up and starting at the age of 2 soccer was my main interest. I played/practiced 7 days a week for hours at a time whether it was on my own exercising, practicing drills or practicing and playing games with my teams. I started to receive scholarships from major colleges, but had to turn them down due to issues at home. I have always been on the thicker side, but healthy; my body type is thick. I am 5.3.5 in height and the lowest I have weighed is around the 135 mark. Once I quit soccer my weight started to pile on. I ate McDonalds for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for close to a year with no exercise and went up to 197; I was 16 at this time. I graduated highschool at 16 and moved states to attend college and I picked up on the Insanity craze. I went from 197 back down to around 155. I was able to fit into my old clothes and I went back to being healthy. Unfortunately, I had several job changes and they "forced" me to grab things on the go. I went back up within a year to around 170 and from there continued to increase in the next six months to the weight I am which is 210lbs; my highest weight. I still am not active, but I am way too young to be weighing what I do. My NutriBullet should be here this upcoming Friday, 4/4/14, and I very excited to get started. I will be doing the 7 day cleansing challenge and see how that sets with me. A bit of TMI, but I have always been constipated even when I was eating healthy and exercising regularly, so I am hoping at this helps with that, as well.
