Back surgery recovery

I have had my Nutribullet for a month now and love it.  l will be having back surgery in two weeks and was wondering what would be some good recipes for my recovery.  I plan on eating 1 regular meal a day and 2 drinks for my other meals.  Any suggestions on what to use/make.  Both veggies and Fruit recipes will be greatly appreaciated.
