I purchased my Nutribullet on June 28, 2013 and it stopped working on October 25(4 months). I called Customer Service and they told me to send proof of purchase; I got the impression that they would be replacing it. After sending in the POP I waited for a couple of days to call. I just called (Nov. 15) and the service rep. started going over some trouble shooting with me. I put the rubbing alcohol with a Q tip around the activators as she said and waited over ten minutes as I was told.  I again tried pressing down on the activators with the cup (not plugged in) and the plastic activators are still not budging. What should I do next?  It's been three weeks now without my machine. I miss my Nutribullet. I had to go back to my trusty blender of 40 years.
I have alerted Customer Service to your message.
I purchased my nutribullet 1/3/14 and it arrived a week later and I have been using it almost daily for almost 2 weeks. It just stopped working. The motor simply wont engage. Suggestions? I'll probably just return it but it makes me nervous to replace it since it stopped functioning so quickly. A real shame since I've been raving about it and now I'm disappointed in the reliability of the product.
