I purchased my Nutribullet on June 28, 2013 and it stopped working on October 25(4 months). I called Customer Service and they told me to send proof of purchase; I got the impression that they would be replacing it. After sending in the POP I waited for a couple of days to call. I just called (Nov. 15) and the service rep. started going over some trouble shooting with me. I put the rubbing alcohol with a Q tip around the activators as she said and waited over ten minutes as I was told. I again tried pressing down on the activators with the cup (not plugged in) and the plastic activators are still not budging. What should I do next? It's been three weeks now without my machine. I miss my Nutribullet. I had to go back to my trusty blender of 40 years.
