Has your New Year’s champagne haze lifted yet? Good! We’ve got an assignment for you: this weekend, take some time to look through the plan, scan the grocery lists, purchase, and prepare your ingredients.

Designate a few hours on Sunday for washing, peeling, and cutting your fruits and vegetables and pre-cooking any dinner ingredients. You can even take it a step further and separate ingredients for your daily lunchtime NutriBlasts so you can grab and go on your way to work (just be sure to bring your NutriBullet along)! With ingredients prepped and ready to go, you save time and stress on busy days. The easier you make it for yourself to follow the Cleanse, the more likely you are to stick with it!

Where do you shop for your cleanse ingredients? Are there any good deals in your area?

I presume it's okay to drink black coffee or green tea during the cleanse? I think I can do without coffee so long as I can have the tea.
I recommend NO coffee...green tea is fine and actually a great detoxifying beverage :)
