Are there any receipes that will help get rid of belly fat? Or any body fat for that matter?

Tae, I truly think thatTae, I truly think that ANYTHING that comes out of the NB will get rid of that belly fat. That (and trying to incorporate 10 helpings/day of fruits and vegetables) was one of the main goals I had when I first heard of this little machine. I really didn't expect the roundness to go away without a fight, but IT DID. I think that you do need to focus on the rest of your nutrition and exercise, but for me, NB, especially the first 3 weeks of pretty much exclusively using NB for meals got rid of the rotund-ness. It has not returned. One other change I made is to eliminate gluten - WHEAT BELLY anyone???
Contrary to what many fitness and health magazines claim, there's no food that will target fat in a specific area. However, we do know a few things that can help widdle away the middle (and other areas too!) - Reduce stress - cortisol tends to increase fat storage - Avoid or reduce alcohol consumption - "beer belly" got it's name for a reason - Eat more high fiber foods like veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes (a good digestive system helps keep your metabolism in check) - Reduce the amount of refined carbs and sugars in your diet (not only are these blood sugar disasters, but they also cause bloating. For more info about bloating, check out this article: http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/feeling-bloated - Detox: often times a cleanse will help you reduce bloating and lose some unwanted pounds. By eliminating some foods and eating a "clean" diet, you can help your body's natural ability to burn fat and use foods as energy. Try eating a plant-based diet - no meat, no added sugar, no alcohol or caffeine, no gluten, and no dairy for a week to cleanse your body. Try one of our cleanses using the NutriBullet. We have them posted in our cleanse forum here: http://www.nutriliving.com/forum - Drinking warm water with lemon, ginger, and/or apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning helps improve digestion...often leading to better utilization of nutrients and weight management. - Avoid fried foods - Healthy fats (avocado, nuts, seeds, hemp seeds, cold-pressed coconut oil, olive oil) - Pre and Probiotics (kimchi, kombucha, sauerkraut, etc.) - And we cannot forget exercise to rev up your metabolism and sweat out the toxins, plus burn calories!

ahhh haha! I laughed out loud at "rotund-ness." :)
Belly fat reduction is two fold for me anyway... No pun intended, but first an educated approach to how the body rids itself of fats first is key. The liver is responsible for this, so it tends to reason, a start would be blasts that help the normal functioning of the liver. Next reduce the elements in your diet that tax the liver... Change your eating habits, go to six (6) yes six meals a day, Why is to supercharge you metabolism.. Eg. No cereal out of the box!! Ok Im a male with an athletic past, Hockey, football, baseball etc. 5foot 10 in, 205 lbs, 26% body fat here is an example breakfast 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 tall container Nutri Blast, 6 AM. 930 AM finish Nutri Blast, 11 AM apple, 3x slices old cheddar cheese with 4x celery sticks 130 PM , 4 to 6 oz chicken wrap in spinach tortilla, mayo, sweet onion spinach, and 4 x carrot sticks, 330 PM home made mountain mix NO sugars, use raisins to sweeten, and no salted nuts, my suggestion is to make a batch and only add a pinch of finely crushes sea salt to the bag if you need the salt due to heavy workouts. 6PM supper, 6 to 8 oz of ANY LEAN protein, good starch such as Quinoa and veg. If your a desert person, Fruit or fruit desert. Snack small Nutri blast 2 hours before bedtime...Water!!! drink at least 250 ml with every meal, water is key!!! ( I drink 3 litres or 106 oz of water a day) Finally there is the physical action side of the house. If you can walk fast enough to get heated up within 15 to 20 minutes, and can do this for an hour a day, you will loose belly fat. Eat anything you want within proportion you will find once your bodies engine is tuned up. So if you are willing to put all these elements together you will win the attack on the belly fat
