We have a ton of recipes that can be used as a dinner replacement. You want to make sure if you are using a NutriBlast as a meal replacement that it contains some protein, healthy fat and carbs. Adding in some nuts or seeds and maybe some avocado, hemp seeds, or a touch of cold-pressed coconut oil would be nice with your fruits and veggies (the carbs).
