I'm not much of a tea drinker, but I'm looking to start! What's the best stress reducing tea? I've been drinking a chamomile/mint blend for better sleep and we grow mint (yerbabuena) in our backyard. Help this beginner out! :)

Mint and chamomile are two great calming teas. I'd also suggest another great sleep aid - valerian root. Some other stress-relieving teas include passionflower, lavender, rooibos, and Tulsi teas. This one here is combined with some nice warming spices that remind me of the holidays! http://organicindiausa.com/tulsi-licorice-spice-tea/
Yum!
Yes I have to agree with Krista as Chamomile great to soothe the nerves, settling a stomach as well as calming effect and will induce the melotonin hormone in the brain. If you add sweetner try raw local honey or stevia herb.
I always love drinking my green tea in the morning! You can't go wrong with green tea, and it is so healthy for you! -Scott
Spring Dragon (available on Amazon) is an amazing tea. Try it...you'll be glad you did! :)
Thanks everyone for all the responses! Will definitely be adding these to my shopping list!
How would you describe the taste of this type of tea Elynn? I ask because I haven't heard about this one before!
Yogi Tea: Kava Stress Relief is my go-to for balance after an over-the-top day.

Green tea is the most advisable for weight loss. It also cleanse the body and has lots of anti-oxidant. I am not expert but I read a lots of good benefits of it. Goodluck.
