BLASTS for BREAKFAST

good morning folks ... i'm rather new to blasting - only been using this for two days now ... and i need some ideas for morning breakfast blasts ... i'm a school bus driver and up at 3:30 a.m. to get myself and my two kitties up and awake - fed - and moving to leave the house at 5:30 a.m.  i am diagnosed type 2 diabetic - ... suggestions welcome .. my thanks in advance for your help

hello dipeters, although some blast are more filling than others, I'm pretty sure you can use any of them for breakfast, lunch, or as a snack, if you have diabetes my suggestion would be to go to the recipes section of this page and click on diabetes, they have a long list of blasts you can use.
my favorite for breakfast is pineapple,banana,a little bit of ginger and spinach.don't know the health benefits but sure taste good.pretty new to nurti blast myself

I usually make an Oatmeal Smoothie. Whatever fruit you can eat, go easy on the sweet ones, a handful of spinach, a cup of raw oats, chia seed, two tablespoons of greek yogurt. I may add a superfood powder, a couple of brazil nuts or almonds and if I need it sweeter a spoonful of local honey. FYI, you CAN'T taste the spinach!!! It is very filling because of the oats and the chia. Hope this helps

this does sound good .. and i like the statement that it is filling ... important when on a school bus in the morning
That sounds good! This may be a silly question but do you use cooked oatmeal or can you do the blast with raw oats? I didn't know if the nutrition benefits would be effected.. Thanks!
