Just got the NB, eat wat too much fast food and no veggies. Anyway I brought carrots and some mixed greens. Did not see that the greens had chard. I hate chard. Besides a bad taste I was chewing up carrot bits. What did I do wrong? My goal is to boost energy, loose some weight so can lower psych meds. Liver implications, no food restrictions have asked. I like raw kale and spinach, honey can be too sweet.
