It is flu and cold season so please boost your immune system and take care of your body. Your Nutribullet is important because it unlocks the nutrition in the foods you eat. Make two really healthy immune boosting smoothies everyday!

You can do this by making sure the foods you eat are from Gods Farmacy and avoiding refined and processed foods. This means you should be eating lot's vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, seeds and whole grains. Please limit your sugar intake as it drastically pulls down your immune function.  NutriBlast lots of immune boosting foods like oranges, kiwi, grapefruit, canteloupe, goji berries, broccoli, kale, cabbage, beets, swiss chard, spinach, bell peppers, blueberries, blackberries, carrots, raw cocoa, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds, oats, wheatgrass, algaes like spirulina, and strawberries! 

Adequate water intake and exercise are also important to keep our detoxing system at full power.

Great immune boosting blast recipe! This is really very good tasting.
