I took that test, I am suppoe to have 2 servings of red, 3 of orange, 2 of yellow, 100 green & 115 blue!  

I have no idea what I am doing or how to start? I just bought the RX!!

 

Is there somewhere I can find out how to start off?   HELP?  ;)

I am new to the Nutribulletrx and I would like to know how to apply this to my diet. Are we just doing the drinks in place of food? I am at a loss. I don't know where to begin.

Each quiz result will be different for each individual. We encourage you to take those suggestions and build a Blast that suits your particular needs/results. We've provided suggestions of ingredients that fit within each category. However, another option would be to take the color that you scored the highest and search for recipes that fit the category. So, say your result showed that you could benefit from an anti-inflammatory Blast, then search for recipes that contain yellow foods like pineapple, turmeric and ginger (or search for inflammation on or recipes page). Maybe the next day choose a Blast that has the color you scored second highest. How much is an actual serving of a blast? If I drink one whole tall cup is that a serving? and how many of those a day are ok? I am a type 2 diabetic, and keep to the recipies that are diabetic friendly
