Just got the NB for my mom for  Mothers day and we were all ready to have our blasts this morning. I woke up with what I think might be food poisoning. I'll spare you all the details but you can just group all the GI symptoms you can think of and I have them. No vomiting though. Are there any good recipes for soothing an upset GI track? Thanks.

Venzi you can always soothe the stomach and gut with aloe vera juice, ginger, peppermint and even raw organic apple cider vinegar. Also organic virgin coconut oil. All of these are antibacterial and anti-fungal and soothing. I have used 2 to 4 ounces of aloe vera juice (make sure it is 100% pure organic)grated ginger, coconut water, fresh mint leaves, banana and stevia. All ingredients should be organic! I hope this helps. Obviously if it continues you should consult with your doctor. Healthy wishes Wally Bishop C.N.C.

Hi Venzi, in addition to what Wally outline you can also try including bananas, oatmeal and peanut butter into blasts. These have binding and soothing properties and can help normalize GI motility.
