I am now convinced.  I have struggled with high cholesterol for many years.  My doctor has had me on medication to help reduce it.  He said that my case is heredity.  My level has nevver been below 200.  One year ago my level was 226.  I went to the doc yesterday and it was 182!!!  I am looking forward to my next check up.  My doctor had plenty of questions for me on how I did this.  She was amazed.

Congratulations! The same thing happened to me, and I am now on no Rx's at all and have normal cholesterol. My doctor was also amazed and said to keep doing what I'm doing. Good luck to us.
Hi, Great news! HappyHi, Great news! Happy Blasting!
My husband has high cholesterol. I'd like to know what kind of blasts and how often did you have them to succeed in lowering your cholesterol. Thanks :)
Congrats! Would love to get some recipes to help me with my high cholesterol as well.

I would suggest rotating between these recipes and aim to have one Blast per day. http://www.nutriliving.com/recipes/blueberry-avocado-blast-0, http://www.nutriliving.com/recipes/peachy-ginger-blast, http://www.nutriliving.com/recipes/whirled-peas

That's awesome!!!! I didn't have any problems with my cholesterol until I turned 40, then my cholesterol shot up to 560. Without meds I have gotten it down to 300 and working on getting back under 200, so if anyone has good recipes to share, please do. Thank you so much.
