I ran across a recipe titled Classic Guacamole.  I went looking for it again and I can't find it.  I have tried the key words Classic, Guacamole, and Avocado in the ingredient search.  Any ideas on what to try next?  Does anyone have the recipe?

Mjsaulnier, I'm betting it was posted here, in the forum, from one of us rather than as an official recipe. Hopefully, the original poster will see your question and pop in. In the meanwhile, though, guac is easily made in a bowl with just a fork or spoon--no fancy grinders or blasters or electricity needed! Throw the flesh of a couple of avocados into a dish, squeeze a lemon over it, throw in a pinch of sea salt, and a minced jalapeƱo or dashes of hot sauce to taste, and mash that sucker up! If you like a chunkier, more diverse guac, add chopped tomato and/or onion, some garlic...or just a few tablespoons of your favorite ready-mades salsa sexifies it up! Good luck!
