Awesome! I'm excited for the 5-day cleanse My goals for the New Year with Nutriblasts are increased energy, better sleep and overall better nutrition. I have chronic pain and have already noticed better sleep with blasting. Happy New Year everyone! Sheryl
I'm also excited. I'm looking forward to a healthier 2014.
I am so excited to start this 2014 cleanse. Post the info ASAP. The anticipation of waiting is raising my stress level, and we know stress is not good. Seriously, I appreciate what blasting has done for my health, and I am looking forward to even more improvement in the new year. Thanks for the support of this site.
While I have lost 50 lbs over the last year I'm looking forward to losing an additional 20 while continuing to eat healthy.
Looking forward to feeling better! Just need to wrap my head around this!
I just received my nutribullet but a cleanse sounds like a great way to start the year off! Can't wait for the info.
Excited to be here! Just got a nutribullet for Christmas. I think a cleanse would be a great way to break it in; lets do this!
Ahead of you! Just bought my Nutribullet yesterday and I am hooked! I gained lots of water weight for the holidays from indulging, as I am already very fit since I lost 35lbs last year. To rid myself of all the junk I am doing Dr.Oz's 3 day smoothie cleanse! Check it out it is pretty easy to follow. Day one is down and I am full and energized my bloat is starting to decrease and my brain fog is gone. That's what raw food will to do ya!! Checking back in to do this 5 day cleanse with everyone in the community great idea! Sometimes you got the motivation, the ingredients, and the bullet but all you need is some support! courtney

I am looking forward to seeing what this cleanse is all about!! Need to get myself in shape for my upcoming wedding!!
Went completely off my healthy track that I have been faithful to for 5 mos due to holiday goodies. Being wheelchair bound is a curse to the body and this Nutribullet is a blessing. So the Cleanse will be a relief for the bloating I now feel. Can't wait for it! Goals: Energy, anti-inflammation, weight-loss, more ability to exercise
Excited to be a part of this cleanse!
The cleanse is going to be a fantastic way to start 2014!!! This is going to be the best year ever! Bye bye 2013, it has been a blast (a day) Welcome 2014!!!!! CAM
Thanks to continuing blasting through the holidays, I have actually lost weight and stayed on track. I feel healthier than ever - fantastic with lots of energy. My goal is lowering cholesterol as low as I can. Losing weight is an added plus. I actually look forward to making my twice-daily blasts. I say that I am "cooking." It is fun putting the blasts together. The 2014 cleanse will be a great start. Having this community to share with will also help motivation should it start to wane. Thank you for the guidance.
I am so excited to start this blast! Can't wait to find out what it's all about and to see the results :)
I am excited for the 5-day cleanse.
I got into a rut with my blasting, drinking the same blast day in and day out, getting tired of it and stopping right before the holidays. After too much unhealthy eating, I'm looking forward to this cleanse re-energizing me and giving me some much needed inspiration for new, tasty blasts! Looking forward to not feeling bloated and sluggish anymore!
Looking forward to the cleanse. A great way to start the new year and to get started on losing those last 30 pounds! Can't wait! Happy New Years! Kathy

When will the recipes be posted and will I find them here on here on the forum?
what time today will you be posting this 5 day cleanser?? I don't want to miss the post
I did a Nutribullet cleanse last January 2013 for 8 days. The results were awesome (and I kept off the weight). I admit that I did not love all the recipes, particularly the veggie ones, but the thrill of stepping on the scale every day to a lesser number made me hang in there. Could broccoli and cauliflower be incorporated this time? I am very psyched up to do this cleanse in 2014. Are the recipes posted? The blizzard covering much of the U.S. makes it difficult to shop for some, hence the sooner the better!
any recipes yet so I know what to buy??

The cleanse will be posted before the end of the day today.

I'm READY!!!! This is my ultimate year! No new years resolution, just time to put up or shut up. I thank God I found this challenge and I am ready for it. Doing it as a group will be so much better. Let the hidden competitor within me come out. Good luck to all. We are all winners if we gain better health!!! 2014... New mind, body and soul.... Goal 51 pounds!!!! Low cholesterol and complete wholeness!
Can't wait for the 2014 cleanse. Good luck to everyone. Donna

It's up!! http://www.nutriliving.com/forums/topics/clean-2014-cleanse-and-shopping-list
The cleanse is now posted along with the shopping list! Stock up this weekend and see you back here on Monday :) Be aware the the shopping list is ONLY for Blast ingredients. For the soup or clean meals, you must add those ingredients to your shopping list (it will vary depending on which ones you choose to make!) http://www.nutriliving.com/forums/topics/clean-2014-cleanse-and-shopping-list
I am in need to drop 40 lbs this year!! lower my A1C's and lower my blood sugars to come off insulin metformin meds!!
What size cup are we using? Large or the small one? Thank you Donna Also are you allowed to drink coffee?
Can't believe it, I have just about all the items on the shopping list already. Cool.
Hi Krista, Just anotherHi Krista, Just another question - the tea in the morning - it says squeeze of a lemon. Is that all of the juice from one lemon? Or just a squeeze from a wedge? Also, where would I find edible aloe vera? HEalth Food Store?
Looking forward to a healthier 2014. I can't wait to start the 5 day cleanse.
Hi Krista, Just a couple ofHi Krista, Just a couple of quick questions before we get started. What size cup is used? And the big question are you able to drink coffee? Can't wait to get started Monday. Thank you Donna

All recipes are for the large cup! And skip the coffee this week :)

A squeeze from a wedge is good! And try to find aloe vera juice from a health food store like whole foods.
If we r drinking 3 smoothies a day how are we to get the 2nd and 3rd ones in if we are working a full time jobs??
I work full time as well. I am on Day 3 of this cleanse. I started it on Saturday, so that I will be done by Thursday when my bf comes home, as it would be harder to stick to the cleanse with him wanting to eat a nice big meal. I prepared all of my shakes for today last night. I made all 3 and I put them in rubbermaid water bottles. The only thing I had to make this morning was the tea. It seems like a lot of work, but it's only for 5 days! It took me about a half hour to make all 3 shakes last night. I'll have all 3 shakes at work today and then my soup when I get home for supper tonight. Also, I lost 3 lbs just in the first 2 days of the cleanse, and I feel amazing! So, I think the results are worth the extra effort! You can do it! :) Good luck!

A few options are to pre-make your Blasts and take them with you and store in the fridge at the office (heat, light, and air are the three components to stay clear of with a pre-made Blast). Or if possible, put all the ingredients in the cup, use the stay-fresh lid to seal it and Blast it at the office (the unit is small so it's easy to transport). Or you can pre-make one Blast to take w/ you, then take the soup or clean meal with you to work to heat up and then do the 3rd Blast at home in the evening.
Hi Krista, I am starting DayHi Krista, I am starting Day 4 today of the cleanse. I started it on Saturday instead of Monday. It's been going great and I feel wonderful! I slept like a baby last night, and I have tons more energy. I did experience a headache last night, but I know that is just the toxins coming out of my body. Anyway, I just wanted to know, what are the expected results at the end? I don't see any articles explaining what the benefits are, it just says to cleanse your body after the holidays. I know the obvious is cleaning the body of toxins, but I was just hoping for some sort of break down on what I am doing for my body with this cleanse. Weight loss, less bloating, more energy, etc? And also, do you have any suggestions with how to begin eating regular meals after the cleanse is done? I don't want to make myself sick.

You're ahead of the game! I'm planning to make a post about how to continue eating healthy post-cleanse on day 4... shoot me a private message if you'd like and I can send that to you before then. Each person will benefit from a cleanse in different ways. Some will notice weight loss, more energy, a rejuvenated appearance (skin, eyes, nails), less cravings for sweets, a mental readiness to start eating healthier, a release of certain addictions like caffeine, less bloating or more regular bowel movements. Some may also notice a better mood or just some new recipes :) Essentially, you are allowing your body to recalibrate and reduce any inflammation. Our bodies are designed to detox daily, and they do a great job of it...sometimes though (like after an indulgent holiday), they need a little help and a break from all the harsh processed or heavy foods. By ridding your diet of the main allergens and choosing mostly antioxidant and nutrient-rich plant-based foods and reducing acid-ash foods (meats, dairy, etc), you are setting your body up for success! Hope that helps :)
Morning, I will be leavingMorning, I will be leaving for Arizona this weekend for a week. I wanted to start a 5 day cleanse when I return just incase I stray from healthy foods. Was there a shopping list posted for a 5 day cleanse?

Hi! I know is March but I am doing this cleanse. Now on my 3rd day! I was wondering if fish (like tuna or tilapia) are ok during dinner. I have made so fat the sweet potato recepie and the cabage-kale recepie but I am not interested in any of the other options. Please let me know. Diana

The cleanse was designed to be a plant-based cleanse meaning void of any animal-based proteins and fats. However, it is open to any modifications you feel necessary. If including fish, I'd be sure to choose those that are low in mercury and other potential toxins. Wild salmon and freshwater trout are good options. For tuna and tilapia just be sure to look into where they are sourced from.
Where can I get the recipes for the meals or soups that are in the cleanse? I can't find them in the "Recipes" section of the site.
