Confused of Phases?

Hi,

So I've just been and bought the NutriBullet and been having a read of the book with some of the recipes in. I'm a little confused about the phases 1, 2 and 3.

Is it best to start off with the recipes in phase 1 and then follow onto phases 2 etc?

 

The plan is a six week plan (each phase lasts 2 weeks!). For the first two weeks, we recommend the recipes that accompany phase 1, then move on to the next set of recipes the following two weeks and so forth. This is only a guide and can be adjusted as you see fit.
What can you use if allergic to all nuts ? Thank you

A great replacement are seeds like chia seeds, hemp seeds and flax seeds.
