Well I officially started the 2014 Cleanse. Im very excited although tired for not being able to sleep the night before. Finished the cleansing tea and first Nutriblast at home and brought Nutriblast 2 and 3 with me to work. Prepared butternut squash soup last night so it will be ready when I get home. The rwcipe for the soup sure made lots ... does anyone know the serving size?
The soup recipes vary and I intentionally didn't set serving sizes so that you all could eat enough to where you didn't feel hungry anymore. I'd say about 2 cups per serving would be filling! Pay attention to your hunger/fullness scale and eat til you are about 80% full :)
Day 1 well underway. Though making 6 smoothies in the morning (3 each for my boyfriend and I) before work is taking longer than I thought. Have to set the alarm 1/2 hour earlier :)
If you don't love a specific blast in the Cleanse, can you substitute with a different blast from another day and time? Thank you!

That's awesome that you have a partner to do it with you! Love it :) If it helps, you can pack the cups with the ingredients the night before and then just Blast when you get up...just an idea!

We encourage you to try them all since they have different nutrients, however if there's one you just can't stand and will not drink it at all, then Yes, go ahead and make one of your favorites!
It was a struggle but overall Day 1 was a success. For the majority I stuck with it. I did have an orange as a snack during my commute .... I commute 4 hrs a day and left my last meal at home which is just to long to wait ... tomorrow it comes with me. Off to lalaland to dream of ... nutriblasts lol

Excellent! And an orange is a great snack option. If you find yourself hungry, choosing whole foods like raw fruits, veggies or nuts can help hold you over til your next Blast!
