Did you know?....

4.5 pounds of waste is thrown out by an average American each and every day. Where does all this garbage go?  How quickly it accumulates. It is similar to how waste accumulates in your body if you do not get rid of it.  Don’t let your body be a giant landfill. We expel toxic “waste” through our breath, skin, and digestive system.  Try doing these three things today: Clean up your space (at work or home) to get rid of dust and dander, work up a light sweat by taking a walk or practice yoga, and eat at least 25 grams of fiber!  The last one is easy to do if you’re following our Spring Clean NutriBlast Cleanse.

Let us know what you think of the NutriBlasts and how your first day is going in the comments below. :)

I feel great! I opted for (TJ) apple cider vinegar in my morning tea w/lemon (interesting taste) My 1st blast was delish! My second, I have to say I read the notes and did 1/2 coconut water & 1/2 water...omited the termeric...IT WASN'T HALF BAD! Thank you NUTRIBULLET!! I thought I'd be hungry inbetween but I'm not. GREAT DAY SO FAR!!
I've noticed that I'm not hungry either. It takes me about 45 min to savor my NutriBlast and then I only have a little over 2 hours til it's time for the next one. I'm finding it pretty easy! Hope others are having the same experience so far :)
If I'm having a coffee withdrawal headache (usually 6 oz a day) is it better to drink a little, take an ibuprofen, or tough it out a little? Drinking water in addition to the blends. Thanks :)
This is going fairly well. Oh my the Nutmint Delight was so delicious. Closed my eyes and pictured a cold milkshake! So far so good. Hope everyone is having a good day.

Do not take any non prescription medications for your headache. We are detoxifying our liver and this would defeat the purpose. Try to ride it out. If it is not tolerable, then try some green tea or some more of the ginger tea you had this morning. This reaction is completely normal.
Starving, foggy, and getting a headache. I'm a little behind the times posted going to have the 1PM blast now.
Doing great so far! Just blasted the Berry-Ginger, enjoying it A LOT. (Never used coconut water or ginger in a blast before!) I'm trepidatious about the Tomato Toddie this afternoon - never done an all-veg Blast, and I really don't like beets. But we'll see if I can tough it out!
where is the program located to do for three days...lol I have been looking all day!!!!!!! so ijust made up my own this am........

These are all normal reactions. Hang in there! You're going to love this one :) Be sure you are drinking plenty of water in between Blasts to help flush out those toxins. Resiste the urge to take any headache medicine. Remember we are detoxifying our livers, not introducing new ones.
Where is the Nutri Bullet spring cleanse. I can't find it anywhere. I keep reading about it, but so far I can't find it.

I posted the actual recipes in the post that contains the link to the plan (link below). Maybe try a different browser...some have found this to remedy the problem. http://www.nutriliving.com/forums/topics/nutriliving-spring-cleanse
I can't get it to come up either!
The Nutmint Delight was amazing! I loved it. Looking forward to the Tomato Toddie.

Isn't it nice to get a good "treat" in the middle of the day to motivate us to stick with it?! Thanks for your feedback. Let me know what you think of the others :)
Uug. The headache, groggy, sleepy part has set in. I'm about to go make the NutMint blast - hopefully that will help me power through the rest of my afternoon. I think I'm gonna go to bed as soon as I get the toddler down this evening....
Thanks for the encouragement. It's a little better after the Nut Blast but I'm going to try the tea now.
I have enjoyed each blast, including the Tomato Toddie which I was a bit skeptical. I have not gotten any aches or withdrawals. The day has been great! Just to many restroom breaks. Need to complete 2 quarts of water, movement, and the espon bath.

Ruth, you can find the whole plan outlined here: https://nutriliving-images.imgix.net/documents/pdf/NL_Spring_Cleanse.pdf And the shopping list is located here: http://www.nutriliving.com/forums/topics/3-day-spring-cleanse-shopping-list Let us know if you have any questions after looking this through :) Good luck!
Is this how long I should take to finish each blast ? I'm starting the cleanse today Friday 26July13. Other blasts I've had I've finished in ten to fifteen minutes !

The slower you can drink it, the better. I know for me I can drink an entire tall cup Blast in 5-10 minutes but aiming to finish it in 20 minutes to a half hour is best! Good luck with the cleanse and keep us posted!
