I think I enjoyed the Cleanse even though I had a hard time enjoying some of the blasts. I want to try tree days spring cleanse ! I am sleeping better after drinking some tea right before bed time! I am still tired in the morning but later on I feel more awake and alert! I am still struggling with craving for sweet! I wanted to add more fruits in my blasts but I know that would add more sugar in my body. So far i've lost about 2 pounds.. hopefully I'll lose more and feel better by the time of my wedding! :)
Day #5 is here and feeling pretty good. The morning smoothie was pretty good. Looking forward to trying the next 2...they were very interesting combinations.
Wow, my favorite blasts all week were the 2 day-time blasts from today! They were great! I'm looking forward to start a nice healthy transition into regular, healthy food. I'm also considering going right into the Nutribullet 6 Week Transformation Plan now. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. During the cleanse, I lost 3.55 percent body weight (yes, I understand a lot of this was water-weight, but it is still very motivating!), and I'm looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey. Krista, thanks for all your help, education, and motivation during the week. I am really hoping to stay on the forums to keep motivated and share my experiences. For the most part, the blasts were good. I probably went overboard on the veggies and put more than the recommended amounts, and the taste of the blasts suffered. The Kale flavor just needs some time for me to adjust to it. Hope everyone's week went well, good luck with whatever you have planned after this week!
are grilled chicken with homemade sweet potato chips healthy?
I am also planning to start the 6 week transformation soon!
I have enjoyed using the nutri bullets and seeing the different combinations but am a little bummed. I have hypothyroidism and as I was reading through your site I saw all the list of foods that I shouldn't have. I am trying to make up a menu for next week. I want to try the eggplant Red Pepper wrap. What do you suggest I substitute for the arugula.
Loved the experience. Learned a lot about using spices in my blasts for flavour and healing. Got us out of our rut of doing "same old same old" blasts. Thanks so much for organizing this. Will look forward to the next one. Really want to get in the habit of doing a quarterly cleanse.
Wow, last day! I'm so grateful that Krista and the team put this cleanse together for us! I've wanted to do a cleanse for a long time, but the different detox programs out there always sounded so unhealthy, take this pill or drink only this water/lemon/cayenne drink etc. I loved the fact that this cleanse used all the natural super foods to not only cleanse us, but provide our bodies with so much nutrition. I'm proud of myself for sticking to the plan all week, as I'm a big time snacker, and emotional eater! I plan on continuing to blast at least once a day, but mostly two, for weight loss but also to make sure I get the nutrients I might sometimes miss in my regular diet! I'm still waiting to see my weight loss if any in the morning, but I feel really good and my energy is back up! Thank you Krista and thanks to everyone sharing on the forum! I will keep checking back for recipes and support!
Yay! I made it. I went shopping tonight so I can continue blasting. My sugar cravings are gone. Thank you for the recipes and guidance this week. I will definitely revisit these forums. They are extremely helpful.
I've enjoyed doing the cleanse. I'm going to incorporate one to two daily going forward. I actually enjoyed most of the blasts. It was the last meal that I struggled with throughout the cleanse. I've lost 3% of my body weight and plan to take one step at a time as I have a lot of weight that I want to lose. I have enough to start with a smoothie in the morning and I'm now compiling my shopping list for the week.
Loved the last blast today! Made it through all five days without much hunger. Slept much better last night and energy is up. I plan on having 2 blasts a day with much more veggies than I had previously used. I also hope to incorporate a meat free day once a week with the help of your clean meals and soups. So happy my son gave me the bullet for my birthday.
Thank you for the awesome recipes. I feel great and will continue with daily blasts for breakfast and lunch. A 180 degree turn towards healthier eating habits has begun. I am 100% fully committed going forward.
Day Five! We did it! LovedDay Five! We did it! Loved the blasts today especially the last one. I do love sweet potatoes! For the past 6 months my wife has lived in a different city. So for 6 months I've lived without that extra voice. The one to tell me that maybe I should eat something healthier or go the gym. I've let my cravings rule me. Well this week I finally became my own little voice. And for the first time, I actually listened. I've tried other cleanses and this is the first time I stuck with it! While I have never made this cleanse about weight, it was still so good to see myself down 10 pounds! It's more than what I've lost though. It's what I've gained in a healthier lifestyle. Thank you so much to Krista and the Nutribullet team for creating this cleanse. And congratulations to everyone on making it through the cleanse and making a new start.
Waited until after my 5 day Blast to hit the scale at was Very Pleasantly surprised!! Seven (7) pounds gone!!!! WooHoo I Thanks to Krista as well as all those who are sharing their experiences it really helps to keep me going!
the last blast was a pleasant surprise. I didn't know what to expect from having sweet potatoes in it but it was great. Its on my top 3 list of all the blasts. Thanks for starting this cleanse. It has been a jump start to my overall health and fitness goals!
This was a great experience! I just got my nutri bullet at Christmas, so this was a good start to the "nutri" world. I stuck to the cleanse faithfully and was pleasantly surprised at the 6.5 lb weight loss. Now to keep that off!! (and maybe lose a few more) Some of the blasts were a little tough to swallow - I found the parsley ones hard as I could only taste the parsley, but other than that the rest were fine. The final blast with sweet potato was definitely my favourite!! I would do this again for sure and will try the 3- day cleanse in the spring. I will continue to blast twice a day and who knows, maybe my husband will get on board too! We both enjoyed the recipes, especially the squash soup. Thanks to the nutri bullet team for providing this. I have enjoyed reading everyone's comments and hearing about other successes. Good luck everyone in your future goals! P.S. Can't wait for my Dessert Bullet to arrive!! That was a very pleasant surprise!
I'm a bit behind on the cleanse. Will finish it today. Planning on starting the 6 week Transformation Plan tomorrow. Hope this is a good idea. Anyone else doing this please share how you are doing
Great cleanse! I have continued with 2 blasts a day. Was wondering who won the Dessert Bullet for day 5?
This is it!! morning after the last blast!! I lost 7 lbs, no cravings, no hunger, a few blasts where a challenge to swallow but, all and all it was easy and simple to follow. Now on to the 6 Week Transformation plan. I am inspired and motivated!!
Thank you all for your enthusiasm and dedication to the cleanse and your health! I also appreciate the shout outs :) Last week was so much fun; you all were such a great group to hang out with!! I loved hearing all the great feedback about how amazing you were feeling and how much you enjoyed the recipes. I know some of them were not your favorites :) I hope these healthy habits stick and if you feel yourself slipping back into your old ways, know that myself and the rest of the NutriBullet team will be here to help get you back on track. Congrats to our lucky Dessert Bullet winners (Day 5 winner will be announced later today!) Happy Blasting and Happy 2014!!

You can use mixed greens, chard or romaine lettuce as a sub!

Thank you so much! Very much looking forward to trying it out. I hope everyone's first post cleanse weekend went well!
I'm starting the 5 day cleanse on Monday. So excited!
Hi, I am thinking to start the 5-day cleanse on monday. Is it ok to put in fat burner to the blast for extra kick?

If you are having trouble kicking the caffeine habit, then the fat burner would be a nice replacement for your morning cup of Joe. However, due to the small amount of natural caffeine from the cacao and green tea, I would suggest waiting til after the cleanse to add it back into your Blasts. Caffeine is one of the things we try to wean out of our diet during a cleanse along with sugar, processed foods, dairy, and other allergen-causing foods. Try just adding a bit of cinnamon...that always adds a nice touch to a Blast recipe!
I started the 5 Day Cleanse this morning. I used the Tall glass for the blasts. How much of it am I supposed to drink? It is more than a 12 ounce glass.

Each recipe is for one tall cup unless otherwise noted. If you can't drink the whole thing, then save it in the fridge (tightly sealed) to finish if you get hungry.
