Do a one week weight loss with me......!
I need some incentive to lose a bit of weight. If I go "one week at a time", it seems to be more successful than "I need to lose 10 or 20 or 30 ...". Anyone want to go for it?
We could have a disclosure each day of what we ate, what we lost on the scale (I'm a scale person...it keeps me honest) and encourage each other.
Start today and go until next Saturday or Sunday....OK?
