Do you use peels/pits and all?

In recipes for that uses lemons, oranges, peaches, etc., do you use them whole?  Or, do you peel the citrus and/or pit the peach first?  I want to get the maximum nutrtion, but I want a decent taste.  Plus, I don't want to break my Nutri-Bullet.

NO PITs and use thin peels. Chop up your stuff and no big seeds or cores
