Does Wally Like to exercise? Do you?
In addition to eating healthy I love to bicycle and exercise.
This was not always the case though. It was very difficult in the beginning. Seven years ago my first exercise was a 300-foot walk! Yes that was all I could really do. I had severe arthritis in my knees from the 440 pounds I carried for so many years.
I made a commitment to walk a little farther everyday. My change in diet and nutrition gave me so much energy that I just had to get up and move and that walk was the first of several thousand. The amazing thing though is how quickly our body responds with better health and fitness when it gets enough nutrition. At the end of two weeks I could actually walk 1 mile! And 1 mile turned into being able to walk 8 to 9 miles per day.
Just because I exercise intensely does not mean you must for weight loss results. Walking is a great form of exercise.
