Been on a daily Nutri -blast sinc I got my machine about three weeks ago. Before that I didn't come into much contact with fruit and veg for years on end. So I went from zero to a diverse daily Nutri-blast of healthy food. I read so much about how better you feel after you get and use the Nutri bullet and how many aspects of your life improves. I'm beggining to think that's all mainly hype with a few exceptions, some noted on this site.

I don't regret getting the machine, in fact I think it's fantastic, I know I am getting healthy food now but to be honest nothing else has changed.

Congrats on the improvement in digestion. It is important to make sure you are getting adequate sleep, aim for 6-8 hours per night. Another great way to increase energy levels is to add an exercise routine into your lifestyle. Believe it or not, the more active you are, the more energy you will have.
Purley to get the five a day, which has been reached
