eating for blood type help

  1. i am sure disappointed for in the adds for the bullet that i would have a nutrtration here on this site for free. i eat for my blood type and some of the receipes has foods in them i am to avoid and need some one to help me substitute the right foods i can have. has anyone else come acrossed this?

i am on a limilted income and looking online not may dietionsions dont know anything bout this and its time to go to the store and only $ 66 in food stamps

is not going to go that far so i really need help with a menu and a food list that i can get excactly what i need as close to the penny as possible. i am 64 and need my get my health up there for i will NOT go to a nursing home to die a slow agonozing death. thankyou

also can one give out their phone number for i can call back for i have unlimited long distance or webmail?
