Hi when I started using the bullett regularly - a much healthier diet with lots more fruit and veg - my liver test went sky high - is there something that I should avoid, its come back down now but thats cos I am only having a bullett every few days :-(.  I drink very little alcohol so its not that lol.

Without knowing more of your personal health history and other lifestyle habits, I cannot pinpoint what the cause of the elevated liver enzymes might be. I'd have to refer you to your Dr. for this one as he/she can dive deeper into a root cause. There are several potential causes of elevated liver enzymes, most of which are not food related: http://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/elevated-liver-enzymes/basics/causes/sym-20050830
