Annice47 welcome to the forum and on your NutriBullet!
I would use pure water, coconut water, green tea you brew yourself or unsweetened almond milk.
Ensure is not what I would consider healthy. It is too high in sugar, low in fiber and most of the ingredients are not healthy for us.
Sugar is the 2nd ingredient after water. Then Corn maltodextrin (another form of sugar) which isn't good either (most corn is now GMO) soy is not good for us unless it is organic and fermented like tofu or miso. Canola oil and corn oil are highly inflammatory and most of it is GMO.
Most of the Vitamins that have been added are synthetic and are not absorbed very well.
Nothing is better for you than real food. Your body absorbs the nutrients from real foods better. Sunshine is your best source of Vitamin D.
