Hi to all!!  I'm not quite sure how to navigate the NUTRiLiving site  - not friendly with computers (68 y/o):  I'm automatically hostile toward anything I have to click on Start to Shut Down - and it goes downhill from there. lol  I have been seriously ill since 2007 - 5 near death occurrences - and I'm fighting my way back to some semblence of a human being.  I haven't worked at all since 3/20/11 and have had very little work since 2007.  blblaaaggghhh.  So it took me 6 months to save enough to get my wonderful Nutribullet.  wheeeeee!  So I need as much info as I can get from you more experienced NB users.  Best wishes to all.

You are in the right place, welcome to the NB family! I would suggest starting with a search through the recipes tab and select 3-4 recipes that you like. From here you could start to incorporate some new recipes into your daily diet. Once you get more comfortable with Blasting, you can start to create your own and use the foods you like best. You can search through the recipes tab by ingredient or by ailment, here is the link: http://www.nutriliving.com/recipes
