Favorite NutriBlast Boost

I'm a sucker for cinnamon!  The combo of cinnamon with pumpkin (or butternut squash) melts my heart.  This warming spice is so nice in all of my NutriBlasts.  But, I think I'm in need of some variety - the spice of life :)  Help me get out of my rut and fill me in on some of your favorite boosts that you have used and why you use them (what health benefit do you wish to receive).  It would also help to provide some suggestions on what ingredients it goes well with!

The boosts I often include with my Blast is: Cinnamon , flaxseed and walnuts. Recently, I've been including my grinded cacao nibs with all my blasts as well. *I also use other nuts , seeds and powder form like maca powder or cacao nibs - depending on what the blast is.
I love turmeric. And I add cacao occasionally...
What does the Maca powder suppose to taste like? I tried it for the first time with spinach, 1 pear, some pineapple, 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, and some raspberries...this is my least favorite so far out of my first 6 smoothies. Did I combine the Maca with the wrong ingredients? Mike

Maca's flavor does take some getting used to - can't quite wrap my words around the flavor - kinda nutty, yet bitter? Just a tiny bit will do ya, so start with about 1/4 tsp and then you can work up from there to about a tsp if your tastebuds change :)

I love putting cacao into my vanilla protein shakes. It makes it taste similar to chocolate milk!
Im with Krista on this one. I have raw cocao and ceylon cinnamon everyday. But I also use raw honey, raw apple cider vinegar, cayenne, turmeric, black pepper, nutmeg, clove, oregano, and corriander in different blast. Healthy wishes, Wally Bishop C.N.C.

Wally, where do you get your Ceylon cinnamon? It is so hard for me to find. Thank you!
Maca has a little coffee flavor to it so think what flavors go with coffee? I like to couple it with cinnamon, and since you are fond of cinnamon you might find it balances it out a bit. I would think cacao would also help. Though I find the amount really doesn't matter to taste. 1/4 cup or 1 tsp both taste the same, but I agree you might begin with small amounts and work your way up.

I tried to order it online and for some reason it is not working :( Maybe it's my computer or server, not theirs. I'll keep trying. Any other sources you know of?
Love Ceylon Cinnamon! Makes NB's taste spectacular! :)
I found it from another source! We received it in the mail the other day and I love Ceylon cinnamon. The taste just seems to be much better. Thank you for introducing this to me Scott and Wally :)
