Yes Carol, I too felt lightheaded and a bit dizzy after some blasts. I think I was overdoing the sweet ingredients and getting a sugar buzz (I think). I was adding nice ripe bananas and orange juice and other things that were very sugary. Now, after probably a couple hundred Blasts, I have a much better idea of what I should and should not put in there. If it tastes TOO good, I know I messed up! Just keep experimenting. I actually made an Excel file and have kept track of every Blast I've created since the first week. This helps a lot! -Steve
Same here.....figured it was a blood sugar spike: my NB breakfast was one mango, one banana, one orange, one carrot, ten cashews and ten almonds. I drank the tall bullet between breakfast and lunch. Drank about half and the spike hit. Figured what had happened and laid off for about an hour and drank some water. Finished the rest of the tall bullet just before lunch. Around 1300, I had about a cup of cottage cheese with diced black olives.
