Hi, it's my first day on the nutribullet drinks. Since my first one this morning I've had a strange head. A little bit like a fuzzy head. Anyone else experienced this?

Yes Carol, I too felt lightheaded and a bit dizzy after some blasts. I think I was overdoing the sweet ingredients and getting a sugar buzz (I think). I was adding nice ripe bananas and orange juice and other things that were very sugary. Now, after probably a couple hundred Blasts, I have a much better idea of what I should and should not put in there. If it tastes TOO good, I know I messed up! Just keep experimenting. I actually made an Excel file and have kept track of every Blast I've created since the first week. This helps a lot! -Steve
Thanks Steve. I haven't written down my few concoctions lol need to do that. I just throw whatever I fancy in.
I too just started using my extractor last night. I am not making them too sweet but it is my belief that my strange feeling is part of the detox process after years of eating poorly.

That could definitely be it! Keep drinking plenty of fluids. Here are a few more tips to help speed the detox process along. http://www.nutriliving.com/forums/topics/day-3-get-over-hump-dayjanuary-8th
This is my first week, and I am following the stage 1 recipes, but also feel very strange... not light-headed, but achy and groggy like a hangover, and my stomach is off. I'm hoping it's the 'detox' effect, but wondering what others think...

This should last only about 1-2 weeks and is your bodies natural detox process. I would suggest drinking extra water over the next 2 weeks to help your body flush out any additional toxins. If it continues beyond this time frame, I would suggest looking at your total caloric intake and make sure you are getting enough calories and variety in your diet.
From a person that has been a 90% Raw Vegan and 10% Vegetarian for years, I will tell you that when you start a program like this, your body will feel strange because it's not used to eating healthy. As the above notes say, it can take 1-2 weeks for your body to detox all the crap that you have been eating, especially for those that do not normally eat fruits and veggies. It will pass, believe me, and you will feel so much better and have so much energy you will not know what to do with it all :-)

Same here.....figured it was a blood sugar spike: my NB breakfast was one mango, one banana, one orange, one carrot, ten cashews and ten almonds. I drank the tall bullet between breakfast and lunch. Drank about half and the spike hit. Figured what had happened and laid off for about an hour and drank some water. Finished the rest of the tall bullet just before lunch. Around 1300, I had about a cup of cottage cheese with diced black olives.
I just started a few days ago and hope I dont have those symptoms..I did see somewhere that it should be half fruit and half veggie so I will try to not over due the sugars..
