hi

is it ok to freeze any fruit or vegetables and then put them straight into the nutribullet whilst they are frozen still?

specifically i was going to freeze kale, spring greens, spinach, carrots and maybe a few other bits...

thanks

Yup, just make sure you wash and chop them before you freeze.
Yes its ok!
A favorite fruit to freeze that I learned stands up really well to freezing, is avocado. Just buy a bunch, when they're ripe you can halve or quarter them, scoop out of the skin, and put them into a container. A bit of parchment between them can keep them from sticking together. Great way to have perfectly ripe avocados ready for guacamole or smoothies. They pretty much seem the same coming from frozen as fresh, just a little colder.
ok thanks for replies people! tim
Or, maybe you could juice them, then freeze the juice in ice cube trays? Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, drink it in the morning? I was thinking this would be a great way to store excess food from garden harvests to see myself through the winter months. And, perhaps take advantage of and store excess from sales on produce as they happen.
