I have to say I work at a grocery store. Still buying  fresh blueberries and strawberries  is a pain. So expensive and the strawberries always go bad so fast. So I came across the big bags in the frozen food dept. The fruit was beautiful. I like frozen also because it makes the drinks cold. Are we losing many of the nutrients and enzymes by using frozen fruit?

Not at all! Depending on how long the fresh has been sitting on the shelf or how far it had to travel, sometimes the frozen can be more nutritious than fresh. They are frozen at their peak ripeness. Check out Wally's article about this same subject matter... http://nutribulletblog.com/fresh-or-frozen/

I love using frozen fruit in my blasts. It works great, and makes the blasts "milkshake-like"...especially when you use unsweetened almond milk. Yummy :)
