No worries mh88, you're suggestions are welcome and much appreciated! While we all like to choose whole foods first, there are times when supplements are warranted. We must make sure these are coming from pure, unadultured sources.
Since we don't know of a diagnosis and I am unaware of your whole health history and test results, please use any of these suggestions as topics for discussion with your personal health care provider.
Weight management is often a trial and error, however once you find the underlying cause of the weight loss it is often easier to stabilize. For now, I'd suggest adding in some more calorie dense ingredients into your Blast such as cold-pressed coconut oil, avocado, nuts and seeds, nut butters, protein powders, and possibly high calorie supplements such as a weight gainer.
You may have brought back in yogurt for the protein, however dairy may be a trigger for increased inflammation and fibromyalgia symptoms in the body so I'd suggest maybe using a coconut milk yogurt for the fat and calories and then using other protein-rich sources for the protein component. You can also try a goat's milk yogurt which is more tolerable for some.
Best of luck at the Mayo Clinic! I hope they can help you figure out what's going on and get you back to feeling well.
