Hi all

I have my NB and have been having great fun with it but I just cannot seem to get through my day without a bottle of Diet Coke.  Any suggestions of an alternative NB Blast?

HELP

a nutriblast alternative for a carbonated drink? ummm that'll be very interesting to see... my secret was willpower, taking very small steps, little by little changing my habits, sometimes is hard, but not impossible.
Don't Buy any more diet cokes, get rid of all you have in your house, replace with only 1 sprit a week and go out and buy lots of fresh vegis & Fruits and make one of your own nutria blast that fill you up and keep the cravings away. try it with a dark green kale base, bannanna, frozen peaches, blueberries, goji berries, chia seeds and a few walnuts and fill with water to the fill line. this fills your sweet tooth craving & keeps you full till late afternoon.

I would suggest trying to avoid diet coke for one week and drinking NutriBlasts instead. This will give your taste buds a chance to change and you will eventually find that the diet coke will taste too sweet. If you are craving a bubbly feel, I would suggest trying some kombucha or some seltzer with a squeeze of lemon or lime. Breaking the diet coke habit will be one of the healthiest things you can do for your body.

Hi there I'm very new to this so really have no right to get involved - but I will anyway :-) You say that you need "a bottle" every day - how much were you having prior to using this system? If you've reduced your consumption by a lot, then I say pat yourself on the back and be proud of what you've achieved. Give yourself time to adjust and then follow the excellent advice given here. Beating yourself up about it will make you crave it all the more. Stick with it and I'm sure you'll get there. Jane
