Grains and Brans: Cooked or Raw? Or Both??

I have yet to use grains in my blasts, but am a real fan of oat bran and porridges in general--I see that brown rice should be cooked before adding to blasts, but what about oat bran and meals, bulgar, buckwheat and the ilk?

You can use raw oat bran and rolled oats, I would cook all over grains before adding them into your Blast.
