Grains and Brans: Cooked or Raw? Or Both??
I have yet to use grains in my blasts, but am a real fan of oat bran and porridges in general--I see that brown rice should be cooked before adding to blasts, but what about oat bran and meals, bulgar, buckwheat and the ilk?
