I am new to nutri-living and after watching the documentary Fat, Ugly and Nearly Dead; I'm looking for great meal replacement recipes and encouragement,

I'm also a newbie, two weeks in now. My suggestion is to start with some core ingredients at first, find two or three that you like, then slowly experiment with new foods. So far my favorite, two handfuls of spinach, 1 apple, 1/2 banana, 1/carrot, 2Tbs flax, 10 walnuts, water to max line. Same stuff, except swap out carrot for 1/2 cup pineapple. I tried chickpeas, carrots, celery, and apple - not bad but not again :-) Mark
We have tons of recipes in our Recipes section right here on our site! In addition, the Six Week Transformation Plan outlines recipes and healthy meals - this is in your User Guide and Recipe book! Look for the recipes that contain some source of protein and healthy fat to help keep you feeling full and to make your "meal" complete. Here are two that I think can help get you started!
