Any chance there is a "starter" grocery list on any of your forum pages?  Perhaps it is in the book, which I didn't get with my purchase.

I keep throwing out food because it goes bad before I can get to it.

I'm looking for a suggested list of grocery items to purchase / with amounts / for 1 smoothie per day, per week.

Sorry if this sounds pathetic :)  Maybe I need to blast more!

Thanks, Jennifer

Hi Jennifer I tend to use aHi Jennifer I tend to use a combination of fresh and frozen fruits, the frozen being mainly berries which also help to chill your blasts without need for ice. Happy Blasting! Annette

Great suggestion! Frozen fruit is so convenient. I also know that some folks freeze their leafy greens in baggies so they have it ready to go when they need it and it won't go bad. This may change the texture a bit, but hardly noticeable!
can anyone post the link on how to prepare foods for the NB. I saw it somewhere and cant remember where
My grocery list may change a little each time I go to the store. It is important to change up some of the foods because they are unique and offer different nutrient profiles. I buy local organic fruits and veggies when they are in season. Out of season I will buy frozen. I typically have 3 times more veggies than fruits in my blast. I follow a blast with more water. As far a preparation goes I chop the larger foods into smaller pieces so they fit easier in the NB. It's all raw. Some weeks I make it a little more fun by making each day a different color day. Mondays may be red foods, Tuesday may be orange and yellow etc.... These are the foods/herbs,supplements I tend to rotate through. The ones with an asterisk are the ones I use the most often. coconut water* green tea pure water* apple cider vinegar* lemon limes oranges strawberries* blueberries* bananas apples* mango pineapple* cantaloupe* watermelon rhubarb kale* spinach* chard* parsley* watercress arugula algae (Spirulina Pacifica, Spirulina Plantentis, Dunaliella and Heomatoccoccus Pluvialis)* wheat grass* beet greens beets* (golden beets)* celery radishes* cucumber* zucchini yellow squash carrots* broccoli* tomatoes onions garlic ceylon cinnamon* cayenne* nutmeg clove black pepper raw honey* rice bran* sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds* almonds* Brazil nuts (do not over do they are very high in selenium) walnuts cashews flax seed* chi seed raw cocoa* stevia* Vive Chocolate* Vive Energy Spice* Healthy wishes Wally Bishop C.N.C.
