My name is Christopher and it's my 30th birthday today... (Yeeeesh!)  I've been doing a lot of thinking about my health and realizing I may have veared off course a little bit.

 

The NUTRiBULLET is something I've been wanting to invest into for some time now, but always said..."Ehhh, I'll get next week / next month / soon."  Well, as a surprize birthday gift, I was given the NutriBullet! I'm so excited to start using and seeing a change in not only my weight, but my cholesterol as well.

 

Perfect timing! Correct my eatting habbits, drop some lb's, and start feeling clean during the winter. Then when the spring comes around and I start kyaking, biking, and running again - rather than doing all that with a terrible diet, I'll be really cutting weight, feeling great, and looking great!

QUESTION?
Does NUTRiLiving offer any Excel spreadsheets so one could monitor their progress?

 

I look forward to becoming a part of this community, contributing my experiences, reading your's, and sharing my results with all of you!

We do not have anything like that at this time, but I think it is very worthy of a mention here in our office. How about making it an app? I'm surprised I haven't seen an app yet... I've been working on my own spreadsheet for a few months. I've had some ideas and after a lot of trial and error it really helped me when rotating my greens, balancing fruits/boosts and avoiding veggies go bad! and I really enjoy looking at my healthy progress over time :)
