Hello to everyone at Nutriliving. I just started today.  Any advice.   Also do I make them in the large cup or the small cups.   I have lost 50 lbs. but still have large abdominal area.  Arms, legs and face slim but heavy middle.  What are the best recipe's for the abdomal area.     Also I have Sarcoidosis disease wihich really messes with your immune system.    Very excited to get this journey started.

Hi Brenda, I just joined yesterday. Add me as a friend and we can learn together. My advice: DO NOT OVERFILL THE CONTAINER. Speaking from experience. I didn't like my first drink which was spinach, carrots, celery, cucumber. It was pertty blah. But I've had two other drinks today that were very good. I printed off the recipes I plan to use and I have them in a binder. A coworker told me she buys frozen fruits most of the time. I'm going to try freezing my blueberries and pineapple this evening.

The recipes are for the tall cup unless otherwise noted! Unfortunately we can't spot reduce, check out this article here for some tips and also search "weight loss" for a wealth of info and recipes :) http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/getting-rid-belly-fat
Hi Brenda! I joined in August after receiving the NutriBullet for my birthday. So far I have lost ten pounds. Good for you on your fifty! I have a large abdominal area as well. I have found the only thing that really helps me is sit ups or crunches. As much as I HATE doing them! Good luck on your journey, and feel free to friend me as well!
Nancy, try spinach with strawberries, blueberries and half a banana with almond milk. That's what I have every day, it's quite good! Speaking from experience, don't use too many frozen things or they won't blend properly. I tried with frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries and got a paste. Can I add you as a friend also? I'm pretty new to this as well.
